The same here I bought them in the beginning and received the first 4 books, but not 5,6 and 7 + dvd was paid for.

I also paid for all 7 books & dvd. Only received 1 thru 4. I talked to Tim & gave him my credit card info over the phone. I can't remember if I got a receipt or not. Bin a long time ago.
