Newb to this site

Saw this site mentioned on another forum that I participate in and thought it would be a good place to learn more efficient techniques with the tools I have, how to make the tools I have better and pick up on ideas that have been around forever which I haven't been exposed to yet.

Edit: Forgot my location. I'm southeast of the Denver metro area.
