Hi guys and gals. My name is Drew Irion. I do automotive restoration work mainly as a hobby. This site interests me because it looks like a place where I can get a lot of good tips and advice to help me do better quality work in my home shop. I have a car that I've refurbished and another on the chopping block. With every project comes experience. Looking back on the first one, there are definitely things that could have been done better, but I did the best I could with the limited tools, knowledge and experience I had at the time. Every time I complete a task I learn something new. I hope to gain more knowledge from this site.

Hi Drew and welcome to the site. No lack of knowledge here!

Not sure how big of a town Bettendorf is but say howdy to John Wells for me if you happen to know him!

Welcome from the Peoria area. I am typically working on pre 1930 cars. Lots of metal shaping on them to bring them back to life.
