Default Sonny Burgess from SC

Hello all I am Sonny Burgess from South Carolina and I run a small tree service. But I love cars and I like to tinker. I have been all over the world building cars and Learned from Vince Paul Wright about metal shaping while building a Gull wing doored hard top for his AC cobra Kit. It was amazing to work with him. I have spent most of my life with cars. from when i was two and working on opel gt's and manta's with my father. So of course at 24 yrs old when i met Vince I thought i knew a thing or two about cars. Well I did but what i didn't know was a whole lot more. so i got to work picking his brain ever minute I spent with him. But i only scratched the surface of his knowledge.

Anyway I got on here to try and learn more and compare the knowledge I have with others views.

Thanks and can't wait to read and chat with you guys. I have so many stories to tell.

Not the best typist so forgive the grammer please.

Thanks

Sonny

Hi Mr Burgess, If I met you years ago at a run to the sun car show in myrtle beach. If i recall correctly we had a conversation about suicide doors. If I am mistaken please forgive me but a name like that sticks in your memory.

It wasn't me, I do like suicide doors though on some cars and all the cars they came on. Nice to meet all of you and look forward to picking your brains and chatting with you.

Thanks
