Hello all, Trying to get to grips with this forum, I think this is the place to write my introduction (?)
Found this forum on the www while trying to figure out how to build a Brooklands silencer for my project rigid Ariel Red Hunter 500 bike. I am from Holland (The Netherlands), into classic bikes for over 30 years . Proffession : Glass Artist and teacher (ceramics) and in a dim and distant past having had a training as gold & silversmith. shaping silver (dont know the proper word for it in English) that I've done, but that goes a bit different (lots of annealing involved) to metal shaping. Two years ago I've started a small aqua blasting company over here, very common in the USA and elsewhere, but not so in Holland. If you like to see: www.wetblast.nl but the text is in Dutch - you can look at the pictures!- My other -art- work you find on www.vincentvanginneke.com . Also there are family pictures dating back to 1917 in the folder : 'van Ginneke on wheels' Best regards, Vincent.
