Hi Alexandr - lots of good info here.
I'm pretty new to this, but a wheel for car stuff is often too big for bike stuff. I have a buddy who is building an Austin 7 Special which needs a smaller wheel than he has. He bought I think an Eastwood small anvil set (2" wide anvils) and is making his own frame. He intends to reprofile the anvils a bit for his needs and to make sure that they are concentric, but we both concluded that he couldn't make them in material cost for what he paid. He did ship them back to NZ in his Hot Rod, so they cost him less than usual. His side plates are I think 10mm, laser or water jet cut. I'll grab some pics next time I'm at his shop. Good luck with the bike.
