Plato from Athens, Greece
Hello,
I'm Plato from Athens, Greece. For the past several months, I'm in the process of restoring a (quite rusty) 1964 VW Beetle. Although there are plenty of reproduction parts available for VW beetles, I sometimes prefer to attempt to fabricate my own to keep cost at acceptable levels. However, I'm not an experienced fabricator and I'm looking forward to broaden my skills by participating on this forum and viewing the amazing work that other people have posted.

Welcome to the forum Plato, I am quite into early beetles had a 1958 Beetle for a while. I may have to do something with another one day. My mate Simon is pretty well known here in the UK for the work he does on the little German car. - The paintbox- www.thepaintbox.co.uk
