Hey everyone, glad I found this site. I bought a nice Lincoln arc welder to teach the girlfriend how to weld (and a torch set of course!) and in the process have come up with some personal projects I'd like to work on, and all of them involve shaping metal in some fashion...

Thanks, I've already learned tons just from reading the "Tricks you thought everyone knew"
![]() Back in my younger days I worked my way through college as a fleet mechanic on tractor/trailers. Did a bit of metal work with that but I've been away for years, I was excited to get my torch and welder recently!
