Default Hello from Columbus NC

I'm just here to try and learn new ways to shape metal, I've been doing it since 1975 but always looking to learn new ways.

Hello Quain, welcome to the sight. You name is quite familiar to me, as I have spent some time with Cotton Eubanks and Rick Powell. Rick and I have been spending a little time with David Boles and his Land Speed Record car in Anderson, and on my last visit Gene Comer stopped by and invited us over to see his Willys that you restored for him. That entire crowd speaks very highly of you and your work, and the restoration that you did on Gene's 'Moonlighter' was first class all the way. I have not been able to attend the nostalgia events in Greer, but will try hard not to miss the next one.

I have eaten at the Waffle House there at the intersection of 74 and I20 many times, as it was on the way from Rock Hill, SC to and from many of the NASCAR tracks that I attended in the '70's- '90's. You are welcome to stop by my shop at any time and I would like to stop by your place at some time as well.

You will absolutely like this forum. I have heard about your kindness and generosity and this place if chock full of VERY talented folks with many and varying skills and they are willing to share anything with you that you ask for.

When you are able, post some pictures of the 'Moonlighter' and your gasser here. Many folks will be interested.
