Default Hello from west michigan.

Well, to start off I'd like to say the limited section of your site is great for a beginner. I found the site by trying to find a hammer form how to for floor pans without a beat roller, and I found it.

I will be reading and reading more and more. Ive done a little bit of metal forming but nothing that a kid with a welder couldn't do.

I currently have a mig welder, a hand full of hammers, and a willingness to learn. The little forming I have done is fender modifications for my civic and a some quarter panel repair, most of my shaping has been done with a rubber mallet and the grass in the back yard. It works better then I was first guessing. Also I have done some just bending over objects to get the shape I want.

Im wanting to learn for the reason that Im cheap and I feel that learning things instead of paying for them is how america was formed and should be continued.

Thanks for your time, Raley
