Default Nate

New here, I am in the process of building an English wheel and power hammer in the same unit with removable heads. Not sure how it’s all gonna work out yet but my frame is 1-3/4” thick plate steel and is quite massive. Maybe someone on here will have some great ideas to add to my success. I also just purchased a Lennox tru-edge nibbler and am eagerly waiting its arrival.

Welcome Nate.

I'll make two comments.

1. Multipurpose machines rarely do multiple tasks well.

2. Ewheels need a little spring in the frame. Too stiff and it becomes a rolling mill. If yours turns out too stiff, ask me how to build some 'give' in the adjuster.

I encourage you to read the ewheel building seminar in the ewheel forum.
