Apparently my pictures wont upload. My description (ramblings) might be hard to follow. I was on Instagram where a woodworking fellow made "crossbow" type of thing that was made up of a yard stick (the bow) attached to a piece about 24 inches long with kerf cuts every 1/16th down its length. A piece of string was attached at each end of the bow and as you pulled back the yard stick would bend and he then could lock the string into place using the kerf cut. then trace the yard stick with a pencil and cut out. I hope this all made sense. Ill keep trying to get my pictures to upload.
