Sounds really fussy, but to subdivide a big shed is no big deal.

After having nearly burnt my Alpine to the ground, I am even more paranoid about fire, so ideally the cars would have a seperate garage, to keep them away from grinding grit and fires,

My sentiments exactly- I've got separate dedicated shops here- metal/welding/mechanical, wood/modeling and stone sculpture studio. Never imagined I would be this fortunate.

Planning to add on (someday) to the metal/mechanical building to add a dirty room and maybe more for vehicle parking. No Alpine, just our old TR3 to rebuild eventually.

Well, the house next door is for sale.... I would suggest it to Peter, but he isn't keen on my wife's possums.

Honestly, Charlie, I'm probably a lot more interesting from afar. reality, at least around here, isn't usually very exciting or lucrative.
