I have still been on the HAMB but they messed with the layout and its not the same now.
You posted your pictures bigger and they look even better! Your bike frame jig looks great. Your tig welding is far better than I can do. I hardly get the opportunity to use my tig.
You said that if you could see the weld you did not think it was a metal finish what about this model A wing The thing about this work is that it is time consuming and I think the quickest way to achive a metal finish is the method I use but it does leave a slight undercut. The repair to the model A wing below took less than a morning from start to finish. Time is money. Primer will cover the undercuts. If I am working on something that is going to be chrome plated I use a different technique but it takes longer. (so costs more).
