Welcome Jack.

The HF (Harbor Freight, but I often call them Horror Fright) bead roller can be made to work, just think of it as a 'starting kit' that needs modification. I ended up bolting up a huge angle iron I wasn't using to be able to use it with moving all over the place, but limits my bead depth to 8". The HF beading wheels needing a 'tune up' on the lathe. Thankfully had the tools to modify it.

Joe at Hoosier Profiles makes up some nice beading dies for the HF rollers.
So HF + Work + Joe's beading dies is a good low cost solution for me.

Lazze bead roller would be nice, but expensive. Still a great selection of roller dies would be a nice addition to the shop.
