Hey cyril.... We are probably both on the Volksrod (cut weld drive) forums... Are you there as well? If so what's your handle over there?

I'm a V-Rodder too, although a lot less into the rodding part, and a lot more into the custom side of things.

Like you, one of the big starts to me being into Metal working, is the VW chassis I plan on topping with my own car body. I haven't yet decided whether it's gonna be Aluminum or Steel yet.... but I'm working on the info gathering right now, so Maybe I can figure out what direction to take soon.
