Hi Kevin, welcome to the forum. You don't need lots of machines to form metal. It is possible to make most things with little in the way of tools. So you don't have to spend a fortune to get started. Many tools can be hame made. There are threads on here showing how to create things like a 'stump' and a tucking fork and lots more.
