Hi,

I'm an amateur/hobbyist motorbike builder and I am hoping to use peoples' knowledge on this forum to expand my own skill set in metal fabrication.

I work mainly with carbon steel and aluminum; I have dabbled in stainless as well. My current project is a 94 Honda VFR which is having all of the plastic bodywork removed and some of it replaced with aluminum to make a naked bike that can still do the long road, without all of the hassles and IMHO ugliness that come with plastic crotch-rockety bodywork.
