Default Hot rodder from Kirkland WA

I've been working and re-working my '67 Mustang for about 15 years, been through every bolt on upgrade and at this point I am driving my 3rd full tube frame version of it. I hate working with composites itchy nasty stuff. Plus I don't have the patience for it - with metal shaping things are coming together right in front of you, not after building a plug and sanding and laying up and releasing etc.

I originally just needed some big flares for my tires, shown below. Not much shaping in those but still an excellent learning experience and they came out pretty well. All I have is a JET slip roller, cheapass HF bead roller, cheapass HF brake, and Eastwood shrinker/stretchers and a few hammers and dollies. I don't even have a shot bag yet. But all the bodywork shown below is aluminum.

Now I'm re-doing the flares and rockers and I have this strange notion that I want to build the whole front fender and who knows what else out of aluminum so I'm looking for more knowledge. I love seeing a flat sheet of metal turned into a 3d object.
