Metal Head
I have been in the Precision Sheet Metal biz since I was 16 years old. I know Sheet Metal Layout, Programming, Design, Estimating. Been welding since 7th grade. I have a shop behind the house that I play in. A mini version of our Fabrication business my brother and I own.
At home I have a 60 x 120 Plasma, Sharp CNC Mill, Sharp Vertical Mill, Sharp Lathe, Lincoln Wire Feed and TIG welds and a 35 plus year collection to tools and hardware.
At work we employ 97 people, 7 Turrets, 3 Laser FMS systems, 3 Stand-a-lone Lasers, 27 Press Brakes and all the assorted equipment to compliment the work horse.
Looking to see what I can learn from this site to improve my Fabrication Skills.
