Here are some pics of my first commissioned project. It started out with a friend buying "4inch bags" for his Harley, He showed me a catalog picture of the fender fillers he could buy and I opened my mouth and said we can do better. Well... I started out by carving some foam to a general shape. Then I formed the first with mallet, bag and forming head. From that one, I made a flex shape pattern with tape method and a buck of 1/4 in plywood. then, proceeded to make two pairs plus extend the fender
