Drivers side door top jig saw puzzle and lots of holes to fill in.

The back part of the cab had 114.3mm (4.5") cut out and the front pillars had
125.11mm (4.92") cut out, why the difference in size? because of the front pillars having the angle on them...

Yeah weld all the way and then work the shrink out.
I have never tried the skip around method but that may work as well.
