With the use of the 1948 model year, does the EPA certificate (emissions?) mean it was tested as a 1948 vehicle? I used to be a SMOG mechanic in the'70 and '80s until I graduated uni, so I'm curious....

We threaded 3/8" bolts into the top of my workbench, and formed the around them. The workbench top is MDF, so is sacrificial. It will be replaced someday.
