This means "bright and evenly-colored" and achieved by sanding, wire wheel, vigorous brushing.

We buy it when we have a job for it. Then we use it on the job. Then we clean it all up. Some stuff is best fresh - not kept around so long it leaks and gets messy. Not all shop supplies...

(Bart : note also - for tough metals like 2024 T3, stainless, Ti etc, or on thick sections, we make angle pcs and rivet them on in the outer trim zone, so they help hold shape during shaping)
