New guy from Ohio
I have recently found this forum, and have learned a great deal.
figured it's time to introduce myself, and start with the questions:D I probably won't have much to add, will ask a ton of newbie questions, and not get the answer until it's repeated several times... but I'm consistent with these result, and honest about this character defect:D Josh |
Hi Josh, Welcome to Allmetalshaping. Like your intro.
|
Welcome Josh. Lots of metalshapers in the midwest.
|
Josh, glad to have you as a new member. Ask your questions and we will try to answer them for you.
|
Questions are the best way to help and contribute. The questions will be discussed and answered and we all learn.
Welcome aboard |
Yay! Another Buckeye! Welcome aboard Josh!

Thank you all for the warm welcome.
I notice some familiar names from Metalmeet, which is how I found this forum. I have recently in the past few years been seriously interested in gaining metal shaping skills, primarily transportation related. With the hopes to one day build an entire vehicle from scratch. My current project is a 1930 Ford sedan that is an absolute metal basket case. For the sake of my sanity I have purchased quite a few replacement panels, however will need to make a large amount also. With this project I hope to learn some basic techniques, and hopefully good craftsmanship practices. I am however as I said a :dunce: :D |
