Hello,

I'm gearing up to get back to my '67 Mustang. It needs the usual rust repair. I probably won't need to get very involved in metal shaping to do it. But I still find the methods and techniques you guys use in these forums very interesting.

Hello Don, if it needs some repairs you will probably need to shape some metal. The welding method you use is also important and part of the 'metalshaping' process. You may find that you get addicted to this stuff!

Welcome Don, even though youve only got small repairs to do, youll need metal shaping skills, and youll learn alot from this site to help you along the way. :cool:

Thanks for the welcome guys. I've actually been lurking for a few years now. And thanks to you all on this site, I did indeed reshape an ill-fitting replacement part (inner fender apron).
