Hi from Chile
Hello
Im writing from Chile, a long country that looks like a chili, name coincidence I think . My name is Felipe and I began to have interest in metal shaping when I decided to fix and restore my 1977 Toyota Celica Liftback by myself. Here is a photo of the car: http://i1219.photobucket.com/albums/...7/IMG_2447.jpg The car is in a horrible condition, heavy rust in some spots, missing parts, etc. I started from 0, and a lot of interest, so im learning slowly while this whole "restoration" thing goes on along whith other proyects. Im hoping to learn a lot about the art of metal shaping. So that's it. Thanks |

Hello Felipe, welcome to the site. looks like you are well on the way with that project - no going back now! I bet you cant buy many repair sections for that in Chile.

Thanks!
In fact the only way to adquire repair sections for old cars in my country is to wait until one owner decides he wants to dismantle his car, and since there are like 50 cars like mine here that doesn't happen to often:(. I like to build things so I dont mind if I have to do all the car from scratch:D. Besides the more I do the more I learn. Regards |
