Hi there. new one on board. I am an engine machinist, auto restoration specialist and metal fab guy for some time now (about 40+yrs.). I also run an engine dyno. Have been the manager for 31+yrs. I have been involved w/sheetmetal but want to take it to a much, much higher level. Thanks for this great forum. I know i will get great help and hope to be of some help. Thanks

Thanks guys for the welcome wagon !! banzaitoyota, we have a Stuska 800 H.P. dyno. As we speak, it has a Austin Healey tri-carb engine on it. I will have to get some pics together of a MGTD body we completely rebuilt. The outer steel skin is formed over a wooden frame. Replacing much of the wooden frame & then shaping outer sheet metal skin over it was much fun. We are in the starting phase of a custom motorcycle build. Drawing the sheet metal look & getting approved by customer will take a while. Keep you posted when the physical work starts. Hey, We have a Nolan Metalmaster T100 w/ 3/4" tooling size and have no tooling. We will be making some, but don't have a problem of buying some. Any suggestions ?? Thanx again, John
