Hello from Finland
 

Hi all,

I'm a 33 years old development engineer from Kangasala, Finland.

Hobbies are old american cars, photography, photoshopping, RC-planes and other PC-stuff (creating Meadowdale International Raceway for a racing game). And of course my current favorite, learning sheet metal shaping :)

My first project and the reason for learning this stuff looks like this:

I've read several metalshaping books and watched a few DVDs and try to practice all things I can with my limited tools... Love the fact that one can do so much with very simple tools, but at the same time don't quite like the time it all takes ;)

Jesse, what are you using, for stroke, on your planishing hammer?

I got the upper hammer die from work. It came with an industrial heavy duty air rivet gun.
