Obligatory first post
 

so a semi-intensive search for all things superleggera threw up a post on this forum, so i thought i'd do the decent thing and register.

i have a long standing dream of building my own car from the ground up - whether or not that dream will be realised is another matter. until it is i'll try to keep taking steps in the right direction.

i'm a self taught, strictly amateur hobbyist welder/machinist/panel beater/garage dweller. love anything making/mechanical/craft related, with a desire to constantly expand my knowledge and learn. all i really know is how little i really know.
