Hello all! My name is Justin Hocking, I am from Mt.Carmel, Illinois. I am joining because metal shaping has always been an interest of mine and I am hoping to learn from you all. I have a college certificate in auto body technology, and another in machining/manufacturing and computer aided design. I work as a Quality Control Analyst for a manufacturing company that makes components for handicap accessible vehicles. I have had a 67 mustang that I have been restoring since 2005 (i know i know, it's a slow process) I have converted it from a coupe to a fastback all on my own, and have mini tubbed it and set it on a Pro-touring type suspension. I am going to be setting a coyote 5.0 and 10r80 transmission in it also. After spending this much time and energy on it, I don't want it to be just like every other coyote swapped fastback out there and want to learn the art of metal shaping to set it apart. I am wanting to fabricate my own interior pieces such as the dash, door panels, and console, as well as some under hood, and under trunk lid panels. I am in the process of finishing up a 24x24 garage (hoping to get it done before winter hits too hard). Once i get the garage done I am going to be buying some tools to stock it with. I figure i'll start with an english wheel, which I am hoping to build myself, and then maybe get a brake and bead roller as a start. I cant wait to meet and learn from you all!!

Good stuff.

Three years is not bad. I knocked down my house and built a new one. My project went untouched for five years. :(
