Inquisitive old timer
 
am a retired tech teacher, aircraft mechanic, and all round fixer/learner. Question came up in my aircraft restorers site about bending aluminum channel for window channel.

Welcome to the forum.

Bending channel like that is an interesting task, whether the material is stainless, bronze or T3 aluminum. I suppose at some point the alloy, temper and thickness of this aluminum aero window channel will be non-trivial ....?
