My daddy was a Datsun and I'm a Toyota
 

My Dad has a 1972 Datsun 240z that needs some bodywork, so I thought I'd check out this forum for tips and techniques.

I own a 1986 Toyota MR2 and a 1987 Toyota FX16 GT-S that I'd like to do some metal shaping projects on. There's some plastic trim around the rear window that's become brittle, so I thought I could make something better out of sheet metal:

Hopefully I can find some similar projects and get an idea of the tools required to make some metal become something more :D
