I have a TR-3 with rust problems and for quite some time I have been watching videos on restoration work. I learned welding and found some fellows who run a panel shop where they build up all kinds of exotic bodywork. I also found someone who showed me stump work and helped me fabricate needed parts for my project. I just want to learn all I can of this craft. It never ceases to amaze me what someone can do with a sheet of metal and some hand tools.
