Harbor Freight had six of the 2"x8" upper wheels on the clearance table for $25 each (they weighed over 25 pounds each). I checked out the floor display and the bottom anvils were out of round, but I couldn't see any problems with the upper. If it was too bad you could always find someone to true it up.
