When I was looking for files for my Die Filer, Parallel side file, I was told that the largest file manufacturers today are in India. They make all kinds of files including the Vixen files. From what I have seen the quality of the files are not the same quality as the old American files. Buying NOS American made files is the way to go if you can find them.
