air box for Chevy pick-up
This air Attachment 22896box was for a customers pick-up
I first built this aluminum frame. Attachment 22897 This is with the filter Attachment 22898 The cardboard mockup Attachment 22899 Tack welded the mounting ring to some stand offs Attachment 22900 Transfer from the paper pattern, like I learned on this site. Attachment 22901 After cutting out the roughed in part, I bent it with the wheel and a rubber upper. Attachment 22902 Did some hand work with a rubber hammer over a old torque tube Attachment 22903 Bend by hand over an angle iron Attachment 22904 Trial fit Attachment 22905 Clamped for welding Attachment 22906 Welded both sides so I could grind away outside welds Attachment 22907 After sanding Attachment 22908 Drilled and tapped for mounting the mass sensor air box 16.jpg Installed in pick-up. Next stop - painter

Nice Terry.
I used to do a lot of this stuff. It is so time consuming getting to all come together. post 5 the alloy magnets ? I have been looking for them for years. Jim
