Default 1960 Cadillac top chop

Hello! Here is some pictures of my last project, a 1960 Cadillac with chopped top.
First a few pictures of the car before the chop:

Here is the condition of the car when I got it. Came from Idaho, no engine/trans, a little damage to the body, very little rust.

After the first winter, with new engine and trans (LM7+4l60e).

Invention is a combination of brains and materials.
The more brains you use, the less materials you need.

To me, that last picture with the car in profile, is practically art.

Then measuring, marking the cutting lines, figuring the best way to do the job. I found a few pictures from HAMB, where some swedes had chopped a 1960 cadillac and used them a reference. I also found an old Wheels magazine article about the green Buick "Super Sonic", which was a great help.

This was NOT the correct line...

2 inches with masking tape.

That is going to be nice! Reminds me of working on my rusty old Imperials of the same vintage.
