Thumbs up Hello from nz

Hello to all my names Byron.G

I am a hobbyist metal worker from Napier New Zealand who is in the drilling industry but was an engineer

Love my cars from 30's 40's 50's

Love working with metal and I have a few projects on the go at any time, I have a English wheel & bead roller & lots of hand tools & mig & tig & more........ would like to build a power hammer one day

At the moment it's rebuilding a 1957 Buick (only had to do a floor patch on that), a radical Holden fj coupe (Australian built 1950 car) that me and a mate saved from getting sent to the scrap heap and have to rebuild 95% of the body work learning fast what can and cant be done in the fabrication, I also have also have a 1957 Mercedes and a few Australian built Holden's from the 1980's

I also have a interest in blacksmithing and metallurgy and heavy engineering if anyone has advice on that as am going to be building a forge

Glad for the opportunity to be on here to be able to ask others for advise

Tried to add photos but can not work out why they wont load.......
