Default shrinking disc..

Hi. I have a pretty good dent in the front fender of my 37 Ford Tudor. i have been picking the Lows, and hammering the Highs. now I here of a "shrinking disc".. What is it, and how do I use it?? Thanks.. Al I tried to get as many pics. as possiable

Default disc's

1 source is dagger tools on the web It does not take much to figure out how to use a shrinking disc. I am sure more practice will make me better but they are stupid easy to use.

I sell mine for 65, but there are others that are much more inexpensive.
