I made a hammer form out of MDF for the new door jam.

The door jamb needed to be widened to make room for the 3” tubing that was needed to brace the suicide hinges.
I used a 3/8” rod through the hinge pins. This will ensure that the hinges are on the same plane and wont bind. I bought these hidden hinges from Hagan Hot Rods. The have a built in springloaded detent that hold the doors open.
