Andy, so far I've only played with it trying to get feel while shrinking. I purchased some stock to make tooling and have given it a paint job. I love how smooth it operates and how quiet it is. I am certain that it will do everything I need from it.

I've been working on the rocker/threshold structure. This area is my starting point for locating the new skin. The top edge was/is level and is the lowest of my xy dimensions. At each end there are hammerformed 18ga structure which extend front and rear bulkheads. In the center area are 4 hammerform pieces which bridge the heat shield and closeout panel for the exhaust tunnel.

I decided that I wanted to change the door line where is meets the quarter panel. Fortunately, I have plenty template/stations. This does require a complete rework of the door latch post and supporting structure. There will reinforcement plates that tie inner wheel house and door jam. Here are some pics.

That is a very cool project, and you are doing an immensely good job with the fabrication and the metal shaping. VERY impressive, Mike.
