Charlie, thank you for your compliment. Yes, I geting to study familiar paths and I use an affordable or new path based on inspiration or momentary idea. Yes, nothing is impossible. Fear does not belong to production. It also has a bonus, it's fun. I don't know the word, It not possibile can't do. All is possibile.

Next try. I divided the pressing into two steps. I think the deformations of the whole will be less. I also need to modify the tool for the second step. I will show results.

I had to modify the tools and add a stop for to copy the shape. 2 steps are a must. After the first step, the deflection of the overall shape can be corrected. The second step is final. Can bend more difficult.

Another attempt in dimension. In the last photo are 2 pieces of moldings on each other.

Thank you Pugsy. I try to suggest a way to others who want to develop. There are no more hands, only more most clever heads and mobiles where everything but reality is. Everybody is afraid of getting dirty. It is sad.

For six weeks, my brain has been running to the full to find the right and repeatable procedure. And I think I made it up and I can repeat it anytime. By gradually eliminating process errors, a good result can be achieved. Believe yourself, consult with all and try your way. Good with me. I have a winning moment. I look forward to the face of the customer and his expression, becouse he does not believe that I can do it. I also didn't believe it could be made.

This result is really nice, Jaro. You have learned "pre-forming" as necessary to making the full shape. This is common is the press-working and die-forming industries, but you show a very applicable method for complicated small parts - and no welding - and only 6 weeks of thinking and trying! Excellent success!
