Default Kenworth big rig rear fenders

My friend Jimmy Matthews was instrumental in my acquiring the Humvee and asked if I would help with rebuilding the rear fenders on his OTR KW hauler, and I was more than willing. Jimmy has become a great addition to the metal shaping community and is of great help in the early preparations for the next Redneck Roundup. He is making some VERY nice items for the door prizes and tool exchange. I made some drawings and had the fender straight sections bent and more drawings were made today and the rear sections that hold the tail lights are at the water jet place and most likely done next week. New support brackets had to be made, and other areas needed some metal shaping 'attention'. This repair included modifications to be able to make subsequent repairs 'modular' and require minimal welding. A lot of pieces were made on Jimmy's new CNC plasma cutter table.
