Default air box for Chevy pick-up

This air Attachment 22896box was for a customers pick-up
I first built this aluminum frame.

Tack welded the mounting ring to some stand offs

Transfer from the paper pattern, like I learned on this site.

After cutting out the roughed in part, I bent it with the wheel and a rubber upper.

Did some hand work with a rubber hammer over a old torque tube

Bend by hand over an angle iron

Trial fit

Clamped for welding

Welded both sides so I could grind away outside welds

After sanding

Drilled and tapped for mounting the mass sensor

Installed in pick-up. Next stop - painter
