Check out post #69 in my ‘58 Rambler build. Since then I’ve done all the other side glass (just mock up build glass...not the final glass) some came out awesome...some not, even with the exact same techniques. There a bit of luck involved (for me) I have more pictures of it, but am not at a computer to resize and post them here now unfortunately.

I went through Jim Stabes build log of the widened MGB and at the end of the second and start of the third page he discusses sandblasting and then the roto zip.

Custom tempered glass
I read in a Swedish restoration blog about a company in the Netherlands where he ordered new custom made tempered curved side glasses from.
