Default High Lift Pallet Jack or Scissor Table?

When it comes to lifting heavy stuff higher or lowering it down what do you use?

I have two needs for either one of these:
  • Removing 500# table saw from raised shed into a vehicle
  • Removing 115# generator attached to the floor of my Class B RV
The pallet jack has a lower height at rest and at full reach but has a much higher weight capacity. The scissor table can reach much higher.

I am including some links but the brand/cost isn't what I'm trying to research at this point, I'm more interested in usefulness.

Opinions and experiences please.
