It looks like Joe runs the metal into the dies holding it vertically . Using it that way, his set up makes sense.
The problem with that is if you are edging a large panel, it is impossible to manage standing on its end. I do a lot of large panels and that way no worky!!!

I'm Sorry that the Dies did not work the way you wanted them to. I don't have every Bead Roller made so when Placing an Order Please tell me which way you may want to Load the Dies. I had another Guy with the same problem, he called me and discussed it. I had him send them back and I Machined another Key in the other end so his Pexto Dies could be ran either way.

Joe, I'm not upset! You offered to do them for me, but all I had to do was modify them for the drive pins. I'm very happy with them, the quality is top notch. This is just a discussion about how they work and why!! Sorry if it looked any other way to you. I would never dog any of your products!
