A little more done. Right door structure is swinging and left sill #2 roughed in. The square tubing above the sill will be removed and is part of the fixture. Ray

Today was to build the cover for the front door jamb. It has the door gap return and also the lip for mounting the front body panel. The under structure is 12 gauge and the cover 20 gauge. Once i get these openings figured out i can do a body panel

Ray, what you you using to make the curved folds? Tipping wheel on a bead roller?

On this one i started with a tipping wheel just to set the line and then i have a special 3" clamp i made that can hold a 1/2" curved return so i can work it over with a hard wood punch. I also will set the line with a chisel if it's to tight or narrow for my HF bead roller.

A quick update on my door jamb. finished the cover with pockets and returns for the door gap and a lip for welding on the quarters. Gives it a nice factory look. It's the first time i have done these. Ray
