Default trying again

I am a self taught old car guy who does it strictly for relaxation. My father is a blacksmith and I always love to learn how to do work myself. As with many I am trying to build my vehicles on a limited budget and get more out of it if I do it myself. I see so much work on the build threads (ie the HAMB) that is outstanding, but I don't have a lifetime to learn it all and often just really want a specific detail or technique explained a little or a lot.
